Description :- Book the transactional entries in accounts on daily basis - Review project contracts and notify Quality Surveyor of highlighted
discrepancies found and maintain project contracts files - Prepare monthly reports on clients ageing analysis, fixed assets, staffing workmanship, and cash flow -
Prepare daily reports on balances for banks, LCs, LGs - Prepare weekly reports of subsidiaries for the Financial Manager - Perform other duties assigned by the
Financial Manager - Prepare bank reconciliations and supplier account statements periodically - Analyze submitted petty cash statements and process petty cash reimbursements - Maintain
schedules pertaining to prepayments, deposits, and post dated cheques - Prepare debit notes for inter-company related transactions - Record periodic bank interest amounts
Qualifications :Bachelors Degree in finance or accountingGender :Any
Education major :Accounting/ English Experience :6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills :- Solid knowledge of accounting and tax principles and best practices (IFRS & GAAP) - Good analytical, numerical and research skills - Good interpersonal and
communication skills - Strong IT skills (spreadsheets, and database)
